Had A consultation for a hair color and highlight a week ago. Jessica gave me a card with a reminder for appt Feb 22 at 1240. I get there after an ice storm and I’m not in the computer. The woman checking me in said she was embarrassed and they were booked with haircuts all day. Never was I offered an alternative or discount. I get forgetting a haircut, but an appointment that takes over 2 hours…really no callback no nothing

Really poor service. I went here on a bit of a whim to get my very first undercut. The ladies were very nice and made sure everything was measured correctly before starting to trim. It came out awesome! I’m so happy with it! They were even able to answer all of my questions about the hair color I’ve had and that they would be able to follow it. I will definitely be back.

My hair was somewhat wet from a shower I had taken earlier in the day, but when asked if I wanted a shampoo (which I did!) the stylist said since it was already wet there was no need to redo it. The stylist cut my hair and the entire time barely spoke two words to me (too busy talking to the other stylists) and when she was done she told me I could put my hair back up in a bun, no offer to style it or even dry it. From the moment I called this place to make an appointment I felt like I was inconveniencing them. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because they were able to get me in on very short notice. Definitely never going back.

Will never go back. The stylist was nice but took a good inch more off my length than I asked for My daughter needed her split ends trimmed..took 2 minutes tops and they charge full haircut price..ridiculous. the one I’m assuming was the manager had an I could care less attitude. Live and learn..i highly Don’t recommend stepping foot in this CostCutters
