I love going to the Cost Cutters in Mount Horeb now that I know my favorite person is there! His name is Raven and he is by far the best!! Just recently got my hair permed there as a birthday gift he did a fantastic job however one small piece didn’t quite take the curl well and told me that I could come back in and it would be fixed! He definitely makes sure his clients are very happy with their services! I will follow Raven wherever he goes LOL. Oh and by the way if you ever need your eyebrows waxed he is the go-to person for sure

Got a hair cut here last week and was a horrible experience showed a photos of what a wanted and guy barely talked to me and just started cutting with a buzzer asked for him to leave an inch on the sides but there isn’t even half an inch left. Looks nothing like the photo. Also he shaved my hair line in the back up wayyyyy past where it would normal sit it looks ridiculously

When she went in, they didn’t have 1/2 the dye needed, even though they knew what was expected. It was $120 to dye the tips. They said they would order more blue and she’d have to pay more when she came back. After waiting 2 weeks, they call to tell us they can’t get blue dye anymore? Made an appt 8 days in advance, to go crazy & dye my daughters blue. When she went in, they didn’t have 1/2 the dye needed, even though they knew what was expected. It was $120 to dye the tips. Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give 0 stars I would. My son’s hair was done by “Lexie” and was completely messed up. My husband asked the other stylist if she thought it was crooked and she agreed and she told “Lexie” to fix it and how to. Even after so called fixing it, his har still looked awful. All we wanted was a simple fade. I have never been so dissatisfied with a hair cut. We weren’t even given an apology. We certainly won’t ever be returning here.If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in for an appt waited 30 mins to find out that the people who came in before me but had an appt after got to go first(but was not late for my appointment…???). Then came in next day and had a horrible experience with a stylist who messed up my haircut and was not personable at all! Would not reccomend to anyone. @Verydisapointed
