Was easy to make an appointment over the phone. When I got there was helped right away. But for a trim that took all of less than five minutes, literally! and didn’t even get close to all the damage/split ends like I asked her to, I left paying over $25 with the tip for not even 5 minutes of a service and I’m still running through my hair, catching split ends like a crazy person. Won’t go back.

Polly, being the doll that she is, suggested a hair style and ran with it. Gotta say, top marks to her, Fallon, and the rest of the crew there. Very tidy and professional. The lady who cut my hair was quite nice, which is the only reason I am giving two stars. My haircut was uneven: one side had the sideburns cut, while the other didn’t. I dislike having to cut my own hair at home because the haircut was so poorly done.

I came in 30 minutes before closing time, but Agnes was still willing to help me. The other reviews about her aren’t far off… She was extremely quick with the clippers and scissors. It was unusually fast. My haircut was decent though, and Agnes was the only one in the store for the day and still helped each person who came in. I hope she has enough support, because she handled a stressful environment (a lot of customers near closing time) with care.
