Critical: QualityI am going to name names here because im sure not everyone who works there does a terrible job, but i showed lee the picture of the hair i wanted. He washed my hair and then started cutting. I thought it would be part of the proccess but not only was it uneven it was not what i wanted at all!!! I wanted it so much longer in the front but instead it looks like if you asked a toddler to give you a bowl cut.
