First off, the cuts for my kids turned out great. Staff was friendly, tons of great quality products available for purchase, clean, prices were excellent. I only docked the star because of time it took on this specific occasion. Granted it is back to school season, so I’m compassionate to the plight. But we booked an appointment on a prior day (not a walk in) so when you make sure to be there by your appointment time but still don’t get seen til almost 45 minutes later… that was kind of frustrating. So while I completely understanding of the context, and I’m aware of money making practices, I might strongly encourage them to book slightly less appointments during busy seasons if walk ins are going to be more common or possibly have a stylist or 2 there just for the walk ins during peak hours. Can be hard to predict, of course, but just a suggestion. All that aside, I love coming here in a pinch when my personal stylist is unavailable. It’s (usually) quick, easy, friendly, and close to shopping and restaurants should you be coming in from a different town. Would certainly recommend

I went in to get my bangs trimmed up and my hair dyed here. I’ve been here 2 times so far. The staff is amazing and super nice. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door! Brittany ended up dying my hair and trimming up my bangs. She did an absolutely amazing job with cutting my bangs! And she helped me pick out a very beautiful red color for my hair! I give three stars because she did not properly rinse the hair dye out of my hair. When sweat runs down my face at the gym, you can literally see the color in it (You can see in the pic I posted). My face is stained red right now from the sweat..My first shower after getting it dyed, the whole tub turned red! It’s almost as if it wasn’t washed out at all! But she did wash it out. Just not properly. Her customer service could have been a little better too. Instead of interacting with the customer (me), she was just having conversations with another employee who was just standing next to her doing nothing. It felt kind of awkward. When she finally did say something to me, I didn’t even think she was talking to me. She talked about herself most of the time too. A few showers later, my hair is still full of hair dye that never properly got rinsed out. I don’t think I’d want to have her as a stylist again. Due to the fact that A, my hair wasn’t properly rinsed and B, it was pretty awkward through the whole process. I’m not putting this review to mean or anything. I’m just being honest with how my experience was.

It was my mistake for not clarifying that when bringing in 2 kids, you do not get the same hair stylist. Due to this issue, the child needing the haircut the most, was not able to have this done, as she did not want to go on the other side of the building to have her haircut by herself.

Brittany was a joy to meet today. She is pleasant, professional, and talented. I received the best hair cut and beard trim I’ve had in a long while. At the same time she coached another stylist on how to cut my 16 year old son’s hair. I will return for another great cut From Brittany.

I came here to get a haircut after a year with my hair growing back after her chemotherapy treatment. I wanted a cute haircut and I told the lady what I wanted but she just did whatever she wanted and my bangs are crooked and the back of my hair is all uneven and it looks horrible. This was my nightmare that someone would screw up my hair. I will never come back here again because every time I have in the past you guys always screw up my hair. It’s amazing that you do so well for others but every time I come in there somehow it always turns out bad.

Omg. Young girl was cutting my hair. As I watched I really wasnt confident she knew what she was doing. She was also constantly watching doorway in mirror. When owner walked to front she said just a moment and went out to talk to him. I feel she should discuss whatever with owner between clients not stop during. My hair dries fast, when she came back she continued to cut with my hair dry. Eventually she stopped and stepped back and said what do you think?
