I was referred to Brytnae. I received a horrid, haircut at great Great Clips, next to Target. I wasn’t sure it could even be fixed. One side was completely longer than the other, there were areas that should have been longer & areas that should have been shorter than they were, it did not blend properly; and the lady didn’t layer an entire section. Brytnae did an amazing job fixing it. I am extremely grateful to her!! Thank you so much Brytnae!! You deserve 10 stars!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Critical: QualityHair stylist was rude and didn’t listen to what the client asked for. Hair was barely sprayed, Cut took 8 – 10 minutes, an was blow dried in her ear before asking if it all looked okay. The stylist didn’t conversate with the client only her co worker. When we called the manager she claimed to have looked at the camera an said the appointment went long than it actually did. I calmed the client down an went back to allow the manager to fix it as she said she would. However, upon our return back up to the store the manager couldn’t be bothered to come back out. I’ve been a fairly loyal customer here been going in for about 3 years now and they had very good service no doubt they still do. I went in for another haircut today and I was told I would have a 20 minute wait becauseI had two people in front of me (a little more than usual but I was ok with it) I went back after the 20 minutes and had to wait another 30 because they said I had 2 people in front of me I came back after the 30 and while I was waiting they brought somebody back and said I still have somebody in front of me. At this point it was almost a whole hour and i was asked to come back in another 20 minutes for the same reason. I feel that today was very poor customer service. I will be looking elsewhere to get my haircut

Went in on a whim (decided to cut my very long hair) they got me in within minutes and I got a very good hair cut. She did exactly what I asked and I think it turned out pretty good. She had someone else check it to make sure and I’m happy with the results. Very good for the price.

Katie was amazing. I was so nervous to even have my hair touched Katie did a wonderful job. She took her time doing highlights. I have very long hair and knew I was going to need it cut she had me stand up to cut it because it was so long it turned out great. It’s still long but looks healthy again.I would recommend Katie to anyone I went in Christmas Eve and it was so busy but she didnt skip a step she took her time doing the job right. THANK YOU KATIE I LOVE MY HAIR!!
