Went in for a haircut and asked for a fade on the sides and back, along with 1 inch off the top (I have loose curls and was hoping to keep some curls). She asked me what number for the fade and I said “i’m not sure, I think I usually get 1/4 inch”. I was going to ask her to start with 1/2 inch but before I could even finish the sentence, she started cutting the back and one side of my head with the 1/4 inch! Luckily I was happy with the length, but what if I wasn’t? Her impatience could’ve messed up the haircut. She also definitely took way more than 1 inch off the top, closer to 2 inches. My haircut looks awful and there’s nothing I can do but just wait for it to grow again. Also, she didn’t show me how the back looked when it was over so I checked when I got home… no fade; the entire sides and back are just 1/4 inch. The hair stylist I saw last time that cut my hair good was busy cutting someone else’s hair; I wish there was a way to pick out a specific stylist and stick with them so I don’t have to keep jumping between stylists. The only reason I keep going to cost cutters is because I’m not sure what other hair salon to go to. Disappointed in the quality of service I got today.

Once I got in the car and looked at it i noticed there was about a half an inch difference between the length on the right side of my head and the left. I asked for face draining as well and on top of doing a horrible job on the right side of my head he didn’t even do anything of the left. The left side of my hair still has split damaged ends when i asked for them to be cut off. Please never go here the cheap haircut is not worth it.
