I came in there completely DISTRAUGHT after going to a different cost cutters and being made to feel horrible about myself. I was in tears. Staff not only was super friendly but they were also comforting. They made me feel beautiful about myself. Rosa cut my hair beautifully and all staff were friendly. There was another staff member in there who was also very amazing as well and although I don’t know her name she was also a very big help and also made me feel beautiful. After coming in there crying I left with a smile from ear to ear. Thank you guys so much for not only putting a smile on my face but making me feel beautiful. This is one of the best cost cutters I have ever been too, I will be coming back

My daughter got a trim from a stylist named Julie today and received treatment that was anything but professional. She was asked to stand up for her entire haircut. The stylist stopped in the middle of the cut to have a seven minute conversation with someone else about hair product while my daughter waited. And then, when my daughter was going to show her a picture of the trim that she wanted, the stylist had the nerve to say “how long is it going to take for you to pull up the picture because I am busy”. This was after my daughter stood for almost 10 minutes, waiting on her to have a conversation about hair product with someone else. This review is speaking only for the treatment that was received today and does not reflect on the business as a whole.

I am very happy with my “stylist “Julie”. My hair is very fine and straight and I have a head full of colic’s which can cause many problems. She cuts and shapes my hair with a razor cutter and it always lays just perfectly! Julie is very pleasant and always aims to please! One of the best!!! Haircut

2nd time I ever been here. Greeted when I came in. Asked if I had pre checked in online. Said no, the appa said nothing available. They said just call next time to reserve a time. They got me in sitted for a cut in less than 5 minutes. Cut was just like I asked for. Only down side was I was charged full price and not the senior price.

My fiancee usually gets a great haircut at this location, unfortunately this time wasn’t the best. Don’t know if Rosa didn’t understand what he was asking for or if she knows what a high and tight bald fade even is. Also on the top was still a bundle and bunch of long hairs. He wasn’t to pleased with the haircut. But Matt is pleased with the services provided every other time he has been there.
