My hair went from mid-back/waist length to shoulder length when she had shown me about an inch/inch and a half before starting to cut. It took almost 2 years to grow my hair that long. Not to mention my curls no longer have definition because she didnt follow their curl pattern. I now have to wait for it to grow back out and hopefully my curls will fix themselves. I asked for bangs and what I received is very uneven and choppy. I just wanted to cry I hate my hair so much.

I brought pictures of myself showing how I wanted my hair cut. She glanced and said I didn’t need to keep it out. It shouldn’t have been hard. But as I was told to take my glasses off while she cut I didn’t see it until she was finished. She had completely bull dozed over my head. It is short short and close to my head everywhere. About an inch in length all around. Nothing like the clear pictures I’d shown her. I have pretty waves that are completely gone. All the curl in my hair chopped away. I will never go back there. In fact going there this time was me giving them a second chance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Made an appointment on the app that somehow got canceled. The manager, Kim, made sure that I was able to get my hair cut as scheduled. Covid-19 precautions are being followed; no one is allowed to wait in the store, masks were worn by everyone and there was sanitizing of the chairs, etc. between customers.
