Checked in online over an hour before the salon opened. The salon never confirmed the appointment. When I arrived they asked if I had an appointment. I told her I checked in online. She asked me to take a seat and they would be with me shortly. I waited 15 minutes only to be told they did not have my appointment but they could fit me in if I continued to wait. I declined as there were already four other people waiting. What is the point of having online booking if it is not going to be honored?
