Critical: ProfessionalismThe most unprofessional cost cutters location I have dealt with. I have gone to the Mukwonago location for a few years and never had a problem, always enjoyed getting my hair cut there. I moved closer to this location and wanted to continue using cost cutters. This is the most unprofessional location I have ever dealt with. I have been turned away for a hair cut because they “had no availability and were closing soon” and i went back out to my vehicle to search for another place to go on my phone, when i saw the only employee finish her haircut and then close up a half hour before the listed closing time was. And other times I have gone they say open until _____ time, and no one is there. I was very leary to go to cost cutters…ive never been a big hair snob until as of late. I was desperate. I have not been so happy with my haircut in forever. I was greeted with a smile and it was packed. I only waited 10 min. Jojo cut my hair perfect and all the stylists have been there 8 yrs plus….excellent no turnover and fantastic experience overall if i could give a higher rating i would. This has the best people working there. I have Kayleigh as my hair dresser. She is such a wonderful lady and works with what I want. All of the hair dressers are extremely nice and I would come to Oconomowoc to have my hair cut and styled even if I moved out of Oconomowoc.

I got my hair cut and partially highlighted I wasn’t completely happy I called within a week to possibly have it fixed but they have a 7-Day policy that if you’re not happy with it you can come back and have it fixed I called within the 7 days and found out that you have to have it done within the 7 days so I was kind of bummed but I found out that the woman who did my hair actually put in more time on it so she did a good job within the budget I gave her and actually put in more time, even though I wasn’t happy with it she did put in extra work.
