Sierra is great!!! Does a great job on my cuts and perms! I tell her how I want my hair and she gets it done EVERY time! The inside renovations at this location look great! The only complaint I have about this cost cutters is the increase in price. Perm went up $6, that’s a bit much at one time!

RUDE! We stopped in yesterday to get a last minute cut. The girl looked at us up & down & didn’t say anything. So my sister in law finally asked if they do any walk ins. She said “yes. So you wanna write your name down? Someone else is in front of you” she didn’t ask what my sister in law needed done, wrote her name down, & went back to her client. We waited probably 20 minutes which we understood that there would be a wait. The person before us left because he was going to go elsewhere so we were next in line. My sister in law said she wanted a hair cut, shampoo, & styling too but that girl said she didn’t have time. OK, my issue is why didn’t she ask us what we wanted done properly instead of giving us a nasty attitude & went on her merry way? Rude rude rude. Never coming back here ever again.

Of course the personality of the people were city opposed to small town like I’m used to which isn’t bad just different to me.
