I was pleased to find Kim without a customer. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and gave me a perfect haircut. In addition to providing great service, Kim was pleasant and engaging – especially considering it was the end of her shift. I walked into Cost Cutters this afternoon just a half hour before closing time hoping to get a much needed haircut. I was pleased to find Kim without a customer. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and gave me a perfect haircut. In addition to providing great service, Kim was pleasant and engaging – especially considering it was the end of her shift. My hair hasn’t looked and felt this good in two years!

Positive: QualityKim was Awesome. I originally got a $60 haircut somewhere else and it resulted in me looking like a coconut. Kim actually made me look my age and worked with such confidence that it was astounding. I look like a badass now.My only negative is that it’s too cheap for a haircut. I expected the price to at least be $45. It ended up to only be $19.Services: Bang trim, HairstylingKim was Awesome. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI hadn’t had a haircut in many months, due to the COVID-19 virus. I was afraid that salons weren’t using masks and there would just be too many people to safely social distance.The other day, I read a review on Cost Cutters Hartford. It was not highly rated because the customer was not happy about having to wear a mask during his haircut.I went on to to read the response from the salon. It was a very nice response and clearly laid out all of the precautions their salon is taking to keep everyone safe. Once I read that, I decided to make an appointment.I went online today at 11:45 am and got an appointment with Karly for 12:30 pm. I was the only customer in the shop. Both Karly and Kim wore masks and had everything so clean. I really felt at ease getting my hair done.Oh, and Karly did an amazing cut and style on my hair. I didn’t really know what i wanted so I just told her to do what she thought was best . Critical: Professionalismlast time i cut my hair and really dissapointed. the other stylist not profesional at all. she cut my hair too short, ussualy the blonde lady cut my hair, sorry don`t remember her name but i really know she was nice and always did great to my hair, anfortunately she wasn`t there the day i get appointment, she said she get transfer to other location, and i was really unconfortable with the other lady and my feeling was right, she did wrong to my entire hair. omg so nightmare. will never coming back.last time i cut my hair and really dissapointed. the other stylist not profesional at all. she cut my hair too short, ussualy the blonde lady cut my hair, sorry don`t remember her name but i really know she was nice and always did great to …More

This hair stylist has no right to be cutting hair! Take your money and time some where else. She had the guts to blame the masks… no you don’t know how to cut hair!! Go local!
