Absolutely DISGUSTED at what was supposed to be a trim & thinning of my daughters hair today. The gal that cut her hair claimed the unevenness was due to breakage from my daughter pulling her hair up when it was wet. I will not come back to this location. Not professional. My adult son and I saw this location while driving by and decided to stop in for a hair cut. He really needed a cut, but I just needed a quick trim. The stylist was busy at the time but said it would be just a short wait, so we sat down. She finished with current customer then asked my son for his information and when finished with him, proceeded to customer behind us in line. Really, I was sitting right beside him? She didn’t ask if I was there for a haircut also. I have never been treated like this. Could I have said hey what about me? I could have, but didn’t feel it was my job to do her job. Hence, she didn’t get a tip even though the job she did on my son’s hair was good. I guess if you get paid by the hour it doesn’t matter your behavior, but if you work for commission or tips your customer service skills are important.

Good place to get a quick haircut. The longest I’ve ever had to wait there was 5 minutes. Very friendly staff, and a good haircut for a decent price. Considering I’m the type of man who waits far too long to get a haircut, and usually decide to get one spur of the moment, this place is great for me.

ONE TRICK PONY WHO CAN DO A LITTLE BOYS HAIR CUT BUT NOT MUCH ELSE. Took my son (age 5) and teen (with really long curly hair) to get their hair cut here on two separate occasions. Customer service and friendliness is poor. The two stylists we had lacked warmth and any enthusiasm for their job. I felt as if I was bothering them in my request for a hair cut. My son’s hair cut was ok. But I had to encourage her to continue to the length I desired after she was going to be finished only 5 minutes into the haircut. After my daughter’s hair cut (decided to give them a second chance) she cried on the way home because the stylist clearly had no experience in cutting curly or long hair. She cut off way too much and used a bristle brush on her curly hair. She offered no restyling after the haircut, so we had to go home afterward so my daughter could wash and restyle her hair which had been left in a quite a frizzy mess. If you want a one trick pony with little to no customer service then this is the place for you! As for us, we won’t be returning.

Got a cut by this rude lady and I asked if she can blow dry and style she said “we don’t have time to do it becoz we have other appointments” I feel like she was rushing to get my cut done ! She’s not a good employee and rude. Other salons I’ve gone to were nice and professional. Unlike this place. Worst salon ever.

Never again. I picked 2 cuts from their book. She says you can get those your hair is to thick. But yet I picked them from the thick long hair section. So I said just thin it a little. Well she did not thin it and cut like 6 inches of my hair. There was no shaping looks like she put a bowl on my head.

Butcherd my hair. Asked for short feminine style. Showed her a picture. She said ok. I asked again if she would like to see pic again, She said no. She then started with the back and next thing I knew I had a PIXIE CUT. Talked about her boyfriend the whole time. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO ANY COST CUTTERS. I now have to figure out how to style this hair until it grows.

The girls are all so fun and nice. They do good jobs too. Some of the prices are climbing a bit but…sometimes they email coupons and have specials which is nice.
