I desperately stopped in here when an incident at work resulted in the entire top of my head being covered in spray foam insulation. The whole team of women were concerned and trying to figure out a way to get it out as gently as possible while trying to preserve my hair. It took two women and 2 1/2 hours to get it all out but they did! Everyone was so incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel at ease in a bad situation. I cannot thank these women enough!

My hair was been ruined by sixteen chemotherapy treatments almost five years ago, to the point where it barely grows. It’s short and thin and needs a trim about every ten months. You guys are the worst place to get a haircut. Got one and my part was almost half way up my head, friend got one, asked for bangs and she asked for just below her eyes and they cut it half way up her forehead and now she has to wear her hair up until it grows out, showed them a picture and everything, when confronted about it at the hair cut they told her it was fine as it would just grow out. I reccomend no one comes to get a haircut at costcutters. It’s expensive and you pay for a 2nd grade worthy haircut. Learn how to cut hair please.
