It’s hit or miss. I don’t get my hair done often and I don’t go to a specific person. I can’t necessarily blame anything with my hair not being exactly how I want it because I’m sure my communication isn’t always the best. The staff is always friendly and tries to hear me out. Typically I walk it happy.

They’re always very friendly and do a good job but the process is SO RUSHED because they don’t take reservations. They always get us in, and I am really appreciative of that for my son but wow, the haircuts take just about 5 minutes start to finish. I wouldn’t go here for anything really involved or detailed, but if you’re in a pinch then they can handle the basic cuts nicely.

So I went to Beverly on the elm st one to have highlights put in for the first time. She did an outstanding job. I went to this location because I’d been trying to get back in for months at the other location to no avail. I’m not sure who did my hair, but I was not impressed. I asked for more highlights, which she gave me. It looked so perfect when it was first done. Now, I assumed it was done with bleach and was given no specific instructions on if she had used hair dye or not. Even though she knew that this was the second time having my hair done and I didn’t know anything about it, as I was asking questions to drive the conversation (which she was not). Whatever she did I took a shower 24 hours later and they all washed out. I’m not kidding. $80 down the drain. Needless to say I’m doing my own hair now. Would not reccomend.

The hair cut turned out nice. But the stylist RIPPED through my hair with the brush and it hurt so badly. It was very violent. My hair is textured so it gets tangled a little easier and she should’ve been more gentle Haircut

As a stylist at this salon, I definitely feel great about recommending. We have a variety of stylist to fit your needs. A few of our gals have 30+ years behind the chair and will get you permed, cut or styled in no time. We have a few younger gals who are amazing with creating colors, from basic high lights to beautiful balayage. Don’t forget the kids, we have stylist Patient enough for even the fussiest ones. As a family salon we welcome everyone. We are wheelchair accessible and even have a Spanish bilingual stylist. Online check availability most days!
