It’s usually good if you get a good stylist. kristal does an amazing job. My son went with his grandpa and he came back with a terrible haircut. He gets the same thing every time and told the person a 1 with a low fad and cut his bangs is what he asked for. He came home nothing was cut on the top and his colic in the back was just shaved off instead of cut.

Purchase some products on August 31, 2022. They had a sale going on so I got several things, one of which was a mousse . Did not need it right away, when I did start using it would not come out in a foam like it was supposed to. I realize it had been longer than 7 days but the can was full and I was not asking for a refund, I wanted to exchange it for one that worked. They said it was past the 7 days and couldn’t do anything. Needless to say I will not be buying there anymore. Now I have a product that is useless to me!

Friendly, courteous and knowledgable staff make getting a haircut enjoyable. Surroundings are always clean. My recommendation would be to use the app and schedule appointment but it’s not a must. I like the convenience and also the perks.

When you can get helped here, after waiting 20 mins for someone to help you, you get told its going to be about 45 mins to an hour to get a haircut. Then most of them do a pretty decent job. Don’t go on a weekend day, or during the week right after work hours like 5pm.
