do not go to this place. i’ve went here twice for different things and each time was disappointed and almost left in tears. the first time i went here it was to get my eyebrows trimmed, (not shaped) in which i specified to the lady. i left with thin eyebrows that didn’t match my face and looked horrible. the second time i went it was to get my bangs trimmed and the lady didn’t listen to me at all. she took literal chunks out of my hair and ruined the layering in which my bangs were in. DO NOT GO HERE. they will pretend they know how to do things they don’t. extremely unprofessional!!

Can’t give this any less stars. I booked online for 1030. Sat for 40 MINUTES waiting for my appointment and then watched them take an 1100 booking before me. Told them to take my name off the list and was told I didn’t make am appointment. Why book online when it’s not going to be honored or even get you a place in line. I have very little time to do this sort of thing and am out this time with no haircut. BTW….I tip approx 75% because stylists don’t make squat and had 3 products picked out to buy. CHEERS!

Critical: ProfessionalismI came in at 6:47pm. Nobody was in there besides the 2 “workers” doing those hair. It only takes 10 mom to cut my hair.
