My 2 daughters and I went here to just get a trim. Renee was who cut mine and it was not good. I stated I wanted just a little trim and that is not what I got. She told me to stand up then cut about a 3″ piece off, then showed me the cut hair in her hand and said “is that good?” I said that was too much, and she said “Oops”… She had already cut off a chunk so not much I could do other than to let her finish it. I went home and after washing it, found it was uneven all over with one side being 1” longer than the other. I would not recommend going here EVER!!! Total waste of money and time as I had to pay to have all of our hair recut and fixed.

My boyfriend went in for a bread trim and a hair cut and comes out with sloppy work. Told me he had to tell the lady multiple times what he wanted. She had to keep fixing it but still did an absolute terrible sloppy work. Not too happy with how these stylists even graduated cosmetology school. I think they need to hire people that knows what their doing! Not happy and definitely don’t recommend going to this store. Not only that but some of their stylists are rude as hell! Worst place ever

This the 2nd time I use this place and both times I had made an appointment and when I get here the “stylists” keep getting the people that had come after me and after my appointment time. I think it is. because the people that came after me were white and I’m Hispanic. Those people literally made their appointments when they came into the store. Why is my business less than those people that come in after me? I will not be coming back to this place and will make sure people know about how racist the stylists are in this place. If a business has an appointment option then it should be honored otherwise just dont offer it and then don’t honor it. Worst place ever had to wait 40minutes for my appointment to be honored what a joke. A sign on the door that says only white people will be honored would help.
