Critical: Professionalism, QualityYesterday I went for a haircut. Arrived at 9:00 a.m. with my Mom.. who also went for a cut. I was seated almost immediately, my “stylist” asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture. She began.. barely spoke and clipped, clipped, clipped.. just a few moments later she asked how I felt .. it was awful! It was choppy and she had hair all over me! I expressed that I wanted it to be more even. She said “once you put product on your hair, it will be better” she then took out the clippers to “even it out”. She never added product, never gave it a blow dry, or even attempted to style it in any fashion! My mom was right next to me and her stylist did a beautiful job and even trimmed her eyebrows! My so called “stylist” spent less than 15 minutes cutting my hair.. she acted as if she didn’t want to be there! I was clearly upset and my so called “stylist” said I could come in within 7 days to get it fixed! I left furious! I went to the grocery store afterwards and had to use the restroom. It was there .. that I discovered she had shaved a BALD SPOT on my left side above my ear!! Humiliating!!!!! She never told me about this and had only given me the mirror to see the back of my head! Yesterday I went for a haircut. Arrived at 9:00 a.m. with my Mom.. who also went for a cut. I was seated almost immediately, my “stylist” asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made appointments for my kids at 3 and 330, we arrived at 230 and they served us right away!!! I made a last minute decision to cut my hair and Amber was so honest and kind, she reassured me and SHOWED me how damaged my ends were, she left the decision 100% up to me with no pressure! Amber thank you for making my hair healthy and beautiful again! I made appointments for my kids at 3 and 330, we arrived at 230 and they served us right away!!! I made a last minute decision to cut my hair and Amber was so honest and kind, she reassured me and SHOWED me how damaged my ends were, she left the decision 100% up to me with no pressure! Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve gotten my haircut here many times and it was perfectly ok until I went in one day and they said they were booked, but I waited around and no one showed. They could have cut our hair is my point because I stayed long enough for the time it would have taken. So either they were lazy or lieing…or both. She also sent us to walmart, so I guess that’s more proof? I’ve gotten my haircut here many times and it was perfectly ok until I went in one day and they said they were booked, but I waited around and no one showed. They could have cut our hair is my point because I stayed long enough for the time it would have taken. So either they were lazy or lieing…or both. She also sent us to walmart, so I guess that’s more proof? Will not be coming back most likely.
