Cost Cutters

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could I would give this place 0 stars. I’ve been using cost cutters for a while for my hair, I’ve never had an issue till now.. I went in wanting to dye my hair had a picture and everything of what I wanted, can’t remember the woman’s name that did my hair, but at first she seemed like she knew what she was doing. It took four hours to bleach and dye my hair for it to turn out with huge clumps of purple and huge clumps of orange, the colors were way off of what I wanted and in the end I looked like I was trying to be the UNI school mascot and to top it off because they had to close at seven and she was running late instead of taking her time and doing it right, she decided to throw all the purple in at the front of my head and left a huge open spot of orange at the back, barely blew dry my hair when she was done. I didn’t know what to do, it looked awful not feeling like I could say that because of how much she hovered and didn’t give me time to look at it and think, she was trying to get me out the door as fast as possible. I went home and almost cried. I finally decided to go to a different hair dresser to get it fixed so I didn’t have to wear a hat to cover my destroyed hair, I didn’t trust going back there because of how unprofessional she was..To say I won’t be going there again is an understatement, I was also charged $290 for this disaster… i called and they said they could do nothing about it. Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment for 5 for a color and cut. I came early and they said supposedly I was supposed to be in at 4 when there was another person who heard them say 5. They told me they could not help me and did not offer another appointment or anything else. I scheduled an appointment for 5 for a color and cut. I came early and they said supposedly I was supposed to be in at 4 when there was another person who heard them say 5. They told me they could not help me and did not offer another appointment or anything else. The lady was so rude and told me that they could do nothing for me I definitely will never try to schedule there again!
