Critical: PunctualityI normally go here for my haircuts and usually have above average to excellent experience there the stylus are great they’re friendly, sometimes They get a little chatty chatty with each other and distracted but not very often.Today was the first day that I’ve ever walked out on a haircut they have a new gal up front hostess or something like that named Abigail that checked me in and told me go and have a seat it’ll be about 10 minutes so I did. well I sat there for quite a while probably two or three different rotations of the stylus and their clients in total almost 50 minutes I sat there watching everybody else go ahead of me and I got to the point where I just got up and told Abigail to just cancel my appointment it’s been 50 minutes when she told me 10 and she to ask my name because apparently she forgot all about me but I sat there the whole time while she probably saw me and didn’t even seem to care that I was still waiting. I have no problem with the 50 minute wait to get a haircut but at least tell me that and don’t tell me to sit down so I can do something else with my time in the meantime do some shopping inside the store or something but to have me sit and say it’ll be about 10 minutes and sit there as she walks by 50 minutes almost.I will probably try this place again sometime and hope that I don’t get forgotten about but if it happens again I’ll probably just find another place to get my regular haircuts.Service: HaircutI normally go here for my haircuts and usually have above average to excellent experience there the stylus are great they’re friendly, sometimes They get a little chatty chatty with each other and distracted but not very often. …More

Critical: QualityI went to this Walmart for the first time to get my hair cut I asked for a shadow fade. I showed her Exactally what I wanted. I Wanted skin on the sides and back. I noticed she didn’t cut the sides like I wanted. She sat there and told me after she was “done” cutting my hair that we don’t cut hair that short on the sides you’ll have to go to a different barber for that. I was so confused she said we don’t cut it that short here. Great person tho. I went to this Walmart for the first time to get my hair cut I asked for a shadow fade. I showed her Exactally what I wanted. I Wanted skin on the sides and back. I noticed she didn’t cut the sides like I wanted.
