Critical: ProfessionalismI went in to have some highlights cleaned up and get a haircut. The stylus was not concerned about anything that I said although I was very specific and detailed to exactly what I wanted… She est me twice if I wanted my end cut and finally the 3rd time I said listen this is not gonna work out because she wasn’t taken the time to listen to what I wanted she only wanted to talk about what she wanted to do to my hair.. I had went to the salon for many many years but right before the Corona shut down I had a terrible experience and this was my 1st time trying it back but I would not recommend going there at all. PS I went down the street to Great Clips…got a great haircut, bought $80.00 of products left a 50% tip and scheduled color with another place for color. I went in to have some highlights cleaned up and get a haircut. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went here with my 3c hair. I asked them to dye it purple a really light purple. She bleached my hair but didn’t bleach half of it, one half of my hair is purple and the other half is brown. It took four hours to get it done. I payed 130 dollars for the dye. While she was doing my hair she had me sit on a hair dryer and i told her i had a ear infection, my ears are very sensitive it gives me a headache when i hear loud noises, im even bothered by poeple whispering in my ears. I told her that, she still did it. My ears hurt so bad i was crying. She also straightened my hair which i told her NOT TO. She brushed my hair with a brush that is used for straight hair. My hair is falling out and not curly anymore because of my experience there. Im trying to find hair treatments for it but none work! I went here with my 3c hair. I asked them to dye it purple a really light purple. She bleached my hair but didn’t bleach half of it, one half of my hair is purple and the other half is brown. It took four hours to get it done. I payed 130 dollars for the dye.
