My haircut is very uneven; the left side is one inch longer than the right as well as all the layers even my bangs. It took her 15 minutes to cut my hair. She did not even look at the lengths or compare. Maybe next time consider why your co worker is taking time with hair cuts; because the end result matters to the customer.
