VERY disappointing!! I made an appointment for 6:30 p.m. The stylists decided to start cutting a “walk-in” 5 minutes before my appointment was scheduled. At 7:00 p.m. I walked out. Why allow customers to book appointments when you cannot keep them. I won’t be attending this place ever again. HORRIBLE customer service. Hairstyling

I have been coming here a lot over the last 22 years and i have never left disappointed. The girls are always very nice and they can almost always squeeze in a quick or unexpected appointment. They have stayed open non-stop for probably 30+ years right inn a section of town that has seen almost every single business around close down and vanish. Such names include. Blockbuster Video, Goodwill, a long time local credit union, a once delicious Chinese restaurant, and one of the biggest local grocery store chains in the state of Michigan; Super-1-One. All businesses just named all shared the same parking lot as Cost Cutters. It is pretty remarkable that they have managed to stay this long with zero signs of slowing down in the future. Within that aspect, it must be a terrific barber/salons right? So don’t just take my word on it!

I forgot the name of my stylist, anyhow she did a wonderful job. Ive had bad experiences at cost cutters in Green Bay Wisconsin(moved up to Michigan from Wisconsin in October) but I was given a suggestion to try the one here, as the stylists reputation is good, and they all are experienced. I really liked my haircut afterwards, it was exactly what I was looking For. 5 stars! Keep up the good work.
