Me and my son Went today and wanted to get a Shampoo and cut well we both have curly hair and I even mention that they should wash are hair but then they just decide to spray it and then they just started cutting it well I even told her you shouldn’t be doing that because I have curly hair, she began to cut it You can see in the picture that When she gave me layers she literally cut it like a coconut head all the way around.. And then left it really really thin at the very bottom and I had to pay $35 for these 2 haircuts. On my son’s hair she only cut the front and didn’t even touch the back oh and also didn’t put layers in his hair She pretty much gave him a mullet… I could have cut it my self like this if you where just going to cut the front

Good job, but customers need to be treated equally. I called to see if I could set appt for the next day, I was told no I couldn’t, and to call in the morning. She wasn’t very friendly. At all. I did call in the morning, we got in. While there, a man comes in and they told him they were booked, but they could set up a time for him the next day. I’ve gone there a few times and repeat customer because the girl did a good job and was nice. I don’t know who that person was when I called, but I know by voice it was not the girl that cuts our hair. Any attitude on the phone like that again and I’ll find a different place to go.

Walked in at 740 an a lazy “stylist” told me to come back the next day. No one in the salon. Looking for a basic buzz cut. A very nice woman assisted us but the lazy lady turned another person away too! If you dont want to work past a certain time then change your damn hours. Received a coupon for a future cut and will not be using it. The woman who cut my son’s hair was great. Unfortunately the lazy rude woman made up my mind to NEVER go to that salon ever again. I’ll learn to cut his hair
