I go to Chelsea for my haircuts and she does a good job. Very friendly, listens to what you are looking for in a cut and lets you know if it is doable or if it would look good. She doesn’t just say okay, do it because that’s what you wanted like I’ve seen many places do. I want to know if it will work for me, or if it will look good. She does all that and that’s why I will stick with her.

Took about 15 mins to cut my hair, if that, didn’t wet it or ask if i wanted it washed. Just felt empty after the cut, felt like she was brushing the hair out of my head. Supposed to start from the bottom up when brushing. Kept telling myself it was fine when really it just wasn’t, left her a tip because thats what ur supposed to do but wish i hadnt, wish i could go back in time and go somewhere else. There was no process in her cut or her service.

i have been seeing Dana as my stylist for 3 or so years now. She always greets me with a smile and has a wonderful attitude. She does amazing color on my hair every single time i sit in her chair. I love my Dana days lol! I travel an hour to see her and it’s worth it! I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. I absolutely would recommend Dana for anyone looking for a stylist who is super talented in what she does. She’s easy to chat with while you’re in her chair. it’s like you’re chatting with family. i promise you won’t be disappointed!!

So I have been here a few times and everytime has been pretty great except for the other day I came in and the girls with long green hair that has fake nails on cut my hair and she did not do a good job I kept having to tell her to fix spots and then I got doen and it’s still spotty the top of my head is all uneven I had to have someone else fix it when I got home but other than that girl everybody else that has doen my hair there did a wonderful job

I normally go to Crystal(she is amazing 10/10) but had an event come up and needed my eyebrows waxed, Kemmi ended up doing them and it was the worse. I told her in great detail what I wanted and what I absolutely did not want her to do, she pretty much did what I didn’t want her to do, she went to far out in the middle, thinned out one eyebrow completely and left hairs that definitely should have been taken off. I am beyond irritated that I communicated exactly what I wanted and didn’t want and before she touched me I asked her if it was something she could do Kemmi then said yes she absolutely could do it, that it wasn’t a problem. I would have much preferred someone tell me that they aren’t comfortable or able to do what I want done than lie and I end up looking like I do now. It would’ve saved me time and my emotions if Kemmi would have been up front and said that wasn’t something she could do. Honestly she deserves to be fired. Or not allowed to do waxing anymore because it was that ridiculous.
