I booked an appointment and got there early. There was nobody there so she got me in early as well. That was great! As she started my hair the next appointment came in an hour early and then 2 walk ins. I felt rushed and she didn’t even dry my hair all the way. She was nice and the cut turned out fine. But I still felt rushed.

I will not go to Costcutters again. Daniel that works there seems nice and tells you a sob story to get a tip and doesn’t even know how to cut hair. He left my one side longer then the other. It makes it hard to even put product in it and look right. I also have a line on one side were it looks odd because it wasn’t blended in. I will now have to let it grow out. My haircut sucks and don’t want anyone else to have to be put through this. Not worth your time. Stay away!!!!!’

I went there to get my hair cut for the first time in years. I had Maddie as my stylist, and she was so friendly, funny, and just a spark of joy! She gave me such an amazing head massage after washing my hair I nearly fell asleep! My girlfriend has started going to her to get her hair colored now and has been in love with her new hair!! 10 out of 10 I would recommend going there and seeing Maddie!!

Whatever you do, look elsewhere to get your hair cut. My 16 year old sister asked for a trim and ended up having 4+ inches cut off (of healthy hair). On top of that, the layers looked like she used a kitchen knife to cut, couldn’t be choppier. Highly don’t recommend, we’ll have to go elsewhere to get a second haircut just to correct these mistakes. Called and asked for a refund and it really didn’t seem like they cared. Not going back.
