I needed a last minute blowout, and this is the only place I could get into and now I see why. When she “finished” she asked what I thought, I said it didn’t look finished and needed more with round brush she got irritated and said it would cost extra then sprayed my hair with strong smell and got out the flat iron when I was looking for body, so I just paid and left, leaving her a 40% not any reflection of the outcome. Made an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early. She was sitting in a chair and talking with her only customer. She went on about how she couldn’t trim my very short hair because she needed to wait for the customers color to set. She couldn’t fulfill her obligation because she needed to sit and do nothing. So I went across the road to Sport Clips and had the best experience at a hair cut I’ve ever had. I’ll advise everyone to avoid Cost Cutters. She doesn’t want to work, it was insulting.
