Critical: QualityA lady did my daughter’s hair and did a horrible job. She asked for highlights and left with only 4 highlights and they were brassy as ever. Yellow-orange in color and she literally only put one strip in the front pieces and then another strip an inch or so back from that one and that was it! No highlights on the crown of the head at all. My daughter was embarrassed to go anywhere with her hair and we ended up going to Sally’s beauty supply and buying some brown hair dye to cover the horrendous highlights up the next day.
