The haircut was great. The service, not so much. Debbie, the manager who did my hair was very forthcoming about her negative opinions on LGBTQ+ education in schools. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but the workplace (especially in a service industry) is not the place nor time. As a queer person myself, I felt incredibly uncomfortable. She also spoke very passionately about how 30% tips should be standard for service workers. I am always happy to tip, but as someone who has worked in service, it’s a general rule to never discuss tipping with a client/customer.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueManager wasn’t professional at all. Didn’t listen to requested hair color choice…was more worried about her staff or lack there of calling in for the day…kept leaving to smoke during hair appointment…And kept making personal calls during appointment…Making the color stay on longer than she originally stated it would be on for…And the end result NOTHING like it was promised…now i get to pay someone else to it…couldn’t wait to get out…will never be going back there again…Manager wasn’t professional at all.
