I got a bang trim from here a few days ago, I didn’t bother scheduling with a specific stylist because I assumed no hair stylist could mess up a bang trim; I was wrong. I asked for my bangs to be cut just under my eyebrows, and they are above them. She cut them way too short! Not only that, but she extended the width of my bangs, I know this because I watched as my long hair fell to the ground sticking out like a sore thumb amungst the small clippings of bang hair. Needless to say I am not very happy, and I will not be letting that woman cut my hair again.

Every time I have went in to this location the staff is always friendly and nice…granted yes, they are usually always busy and you have to wait, but they do their best to make sure you don’t have to wait very long. Although Margie (who was my original stylist) is now gone, I now see AJ, who is absolutely amazing and always makes me feel beautiful when I leave the salon! I won’t go anywhere else!

I have been going to this salon for many years. Here in the last month i have tried to get my hair trimmed and was told that they couldn’t get me in. Only had two people working I was told. Also my sister was wanting to get a hair color and again only two people available and was told a two hour wait and they were working on two looks liked haircuts and no other people waiting. I understand sometimes when they are extremely busy but you advertise walk ins welcome. So I feel we were being put off, whether we were or not.

Not happy with this salon. I haven’t gotten my hair done for years and went there to treat myself and my daughter for her birthday and willing to spend the money for it and the girl had no desire to do her job that day she gave us a cut and that was it no style let alone made an excuse the color would take 5 hours which we knew wasn’t true. Sent us out with half wet hair. Will never return to this shop
