The hair stylist (brunette with a bun) was very rude the entire time beginning from the moment we stepped in the door. She was rude when asking for our information and very short with my daughter. I almost turned around and walked out, but decided if she was rude one more time, we would just leave. I’ve never had a poor experience with a hair dresser before.

Went to BoRics by target in the East side, and it was by far the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. I got a shampoo, cut, and style and it was $35. Event though when I got it two months previously it was only $27. The girl was super rude and didn’t care about doing my hair at All. I asked for her to thin it and she barely did at all. She maybe said 5 words to me the whole time. Her straightening job was terrible, poofy, and I still had curls in my hair. I’ve never been more dissatisfied with a haircut before in my life. And now I’m going to have to go spend another $30 to actually get it done right! Don’t come here unless you want to be disappointed also.

Horrible cuts. Both kids had cuts and my son’s is crooked in the front and sheared on one side but not the other. My daughter wanted 3/4 Of an inch cut and they took 4 inches plus screwed up her bangs, of which she didn’t want to have. The stylists made sure to style the hair before I was able to catch the errors. Neither child said they got to look at their hair before it was styled.
