Critical: QualityWould not recommend, my haircut turned out awful (I believe the girls name was Melissa)… about 4 inches shorter than the already 3 inches I asked her to cut off . Would not recommend, my haircut turned out awful (I believe the girls name was Melissa)… about 4 inches shorter than the already 3 inches I asked her to cut off . She rushed me out the door, I’m certain at this point its because she knew my hair wasnt right and couldn’t offer to do anything else without me noticing. I made a horrible last min choice to go here and won’t ever make that mistake again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAVOID AVOID , this Place!!!! I called this establishment twice speaking to Megan the manager, giving her back round on what my expectations were as I have had previous bad experience with Salons. She assured me that Alisha ( traveling trainer) whom was at the salon that day. I again was extremely clear and verbal about my expectations. I told her nothing off the length just long layers.. I had shown her a picture of exactly and again expressed my expectations during my visit there… After she dried it, I had decided to lighten the color. We discussed again exactly what I wanted.. when she was done, my first words were it’s short I why did you cut it that’s exactly what I do not want. I was upset but didn’t want to make a scene. So I again stated many times it was to short. I then called Cost Cutters after two days as I was extremely upset. Yes I cried for two days, yes over my hair, no I don’t care that it will grow back!! I am about to turn 40 and I had my hair my outfit my party everything planned, since my visit here I still struggle with my hair and how short it is.. I spoke to Megan again whom didn’t have a chance to call me back, so I went to visit here at the store. As she had spoken to the owner and it was approved to give my money back for the sales but not the tip. They asked if they could correct my hair as if I would let anyone in that franchisees of businesses to ever touch my hair again. It’s clear the trainer had no experience or knowledge of how to have customer service and realizing she ruined not just my hair but everything I had planned for my big 40th! I can’t even get any information on how to speak to the owner as this is a serious issue and if it was my business I first hand would like to do all I could even if it was an apology and paying for my hair to get done somewhere else. I am still struggling with my hair being so short honestly I am shocked and just can’t see how Alisha can train people as of this is the result of her work she shouldn’t be a hair dresser! I did hear the owner was dealing with covid many well blessings to her but this will prophet ignored as if it doesn’t matter but it will always be an experience I won’t forget as it’s very disheartening.Services: Long haircut, Hair highlightingAVOID AVOID , this Place!!!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTamara and Megan have both cut my hair every month, for years.Both are at the top of there game, for sure.Always polite, helpful , and honest. I would sent anyone there ( and have),knowing that they would be at the Right place. Great crew!!Services: Long haircut, Haircut
