Nicole butchered my hair. This was the absolute worst hair service I have ever received in my entire life. I just wanted the sides trimmed. I told her not to cut the back and she started in with the buzz cutters even though I just told her not to. It was too late, and she already buzzed it off. She said at the time she was doing it, that she wasn’t taking any length off. She darn near shaved my head and left me looking awful. I was totally shocked when i got home. I had to go to Great Clips, where someone with some sense did her best to fix it. I have had to buy wigs to try to cover up this atrocious cut. It was emotionally devastating to have such a horrid haircut. She didn’t listen to what I needed, ruined my hair and cost me a lot of money trying to cover up what you did to me. If I could give zero stars I would.

Cost for haircuts are great, comparable to Fantastic Sams. I happened to go back to my favorite location and hairstylist in Ft Wayne IN but this time appt was only 15 mins long. She had 1 hr until she had to leave and sqeezed in another really basic appt. after mine. Didnt really like the cut this time and felt rushed. I found out I have one in my own town, going there next time.
