Montea is amazing, I’m so impressed with what she was able to do with my hair. I’m not knowledgeable at ALL with hair and how it works, and I hadn’t gotten it cut since before 2020, so suffice it to say my hair was a bit of a disaster, especially on the ends. She was an absolute rockstar at helping me get what I wanted, even though I couldn’t really describe it, and I left feeling great.

I was able to book an appointment for the next morning online using their website. When I got there I was a few minutes early and they were ready for me. I just got a trim that was long overdue, it took about 20 minutes overall. Olga was really nice and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it which was awesome because somewhere else I’d gone before didnt do that. It took no time at all and was stress free, I highly recommend going here to get your hair cut!

Critical: Quality, ValueI had a hair color appointment at 1pm. I was in a chair right away which was great, but when I explained to the stylist what I wanted she didn’t listen to me. I even showed her an image they have on the front desk and told her that it was what I wanted (more of an ombre). We got to the seat I explained to her again and she said she understood, she came back and I asked her to please explain to me her process and what volume she had used with bleached and she didn’t answer. I wanted ALL my hair color changed… I tried to inform her again about this but she kept going back to highlights. I didn’t want highlights, I am not happy with the service and will be calling in.
