I got a hair cut from Callie yesterday. I told her exactly how to cut my hair. Worst cut I have ever gotten. Further more she disregarded every detail that I told her. EVERY time I go in this place there is yet another new manager AND all new staff. Pricing policy changes with each new manager. I won’t even go in there for a cut or color. Strictly to get a Malibu treatment for hard water build up. It’s not a color OR a color correction. So it does not need to be priced as such. From this point forward I’m done with this place. I will go to fort wayne to beauty supply store buy the packets and do it myself. Best of luck to this store. With the extremely high turn over AND the lack of customer service I dont see this place lasting.

I took my grandma to this salon do a Mother’s Day treat, they cut her hair to short, she had asked to make sure she could get her curling iron rolled around it. She called me within a few days of the color and told me she had splotches of grey all over her head. I said okay when I get a day off I will call in and take you. Even though this was there fault and she looked like a Dalmatian they said they had a one week deadline to come in because hair starts to grow out. This I understand but when it’s not her roots of her hair it’s the tips and all over this is a poor job that they did. Very disappointed with the way they handled it. Would NOT ever recommend this to any of my friends or family.
