Took my 12 year old brother in for a low fade (back & sides) nothing off the top. This woman’s “fade” was literally her taking a 3 guard and shaving the back & sides of my brothers hair. They went above and beyond providing my 2 year old son with a perfect haircut even though he absolutely refused to cooperate the ladies distracted him and ultimately he sat down and got his haircut and the wonderful ladies even gave him a pack of m& Ms I would not take him to any other place. Critical: Quality, ValueI went in for a haircut appointment today at 3:00 pm. The hair salon was well decorated and very professional looking. The woman who cut my hair was Nikki Croy, while being very professional and asking me questions such as “would you like it shorter?” She didn’t make conversation nor made me feel comfortable like I belong there. Her phone goes off and instead of leaving it, she checks her phone and sets it on the counter where all of her tools are instead of keeping it in a drawer or leaving it in her pocket like a professional would. She also messed up my line up on the sides and the back of my hair and she also made the one side of my fade towards the top of my head curve in a little meanwhile the other side sticks out like it’s supposed to. My younger brother went in for a haircut a couple of weeks ago and she messed up his medium fade.
