Update: We returned again because there was no availability @ great clips and like usual my son needed his hair cut. Went From 5 stars to one. I’ll update again after I contact corporate . Between the end result of the hair cut, the attitude I was given when I walked in. I’m even said ” I mean we can go somewhere else” because she was acting as if the hair cut we asked for was something they didn’t do. When we’ve been using the same photo for two years as an idea if the hair cut he wants. With zero issues. She never asked me once to come and see if the line was right ( it’s not it’s wide in the front then disappears.. looks like my son tried cutting his own hair) usually no matter where we go, including our last visit here, I’m asked if everything looks good before it’s finished. Apparently it’s an issue because another customer came in and asked if she was the only one there, after saying yes the lady said she will come back another day. So I’m assuming this is a known issue. There wasn’t anyone in there when we entered, yet we were treated like we were an inconvenience. Even after everything I still said ” thank you” and she said ” mhmm hmm” I don’t know the hiring process here, but I guess they hire anyone.

I went in to get my balayage lightened up from a warm blonde to a medium to light blonde.. walked out with almost black hair with high lights. I specifically told her I did not like high lights and she said she would highlight the back and feather it on around my face and I walked out with zebra stripes. It might be time to brush up your staff on their training. Im not saying I hate the job she did but I just don’t understand where the confusion was. This is 3 days out from my service, i now have open scabs on my scalp that are peeling and bleeding. I went here solely thinking the old staff would be here.

I had an appointment at 11:15, booked online and confirmed. I arrived at 11:10 and was told that there were three people in front of me and there would not be an opening until 1:00. What is the use of booking appointments online or making an appointment at all if it is not going to be observed? Very disappointed, I have been using this establishment for years. I went down the street to Great Clips, and got in within a half hour without an appointment. It was cheaper, too.
