Ashley was absolutely amazing. Last minute notice my grandson wanted a Jordan sketch and I knew he would be devastated if I couldn’t find someone to do it. Well after calling every place in Bucyrus, Crestline, Galion and Mansfield with no luck I got Ashley. She made np promises and I told her I was good with that. She was swamped when we showed up. Not only did she totally rock it but did it multitasking between answering the phone constantly and taking care of her other clients. We definitely will be returning for all our beauty and fashion needs. Shout out to Ashley, Brayden Sargent now has found a new Barber. We appreciate you ☺️

Always used famous hair in the Ontario location. Tried the new cost cutters and I wasn’t aware they closed at 7 and we needed two cuts. We arrived at 6:40 and the woman in the salon was standing up front talking with someone and when we went in she said she Had a appointment and was closing and 15 mins.. won’t go back just because of the way she handled it.

I always come here get get my hair cut, highlights, styled, . My recent visit didn’t end so well. But once I came back in a few of the ladies took a look at my hair, and apologized they we’re very nice about the situation and offered a refund but I declined. I just wanted my hair re-done. A few days later I received something in the mail which they didn’t have to do at all! Very pleased with this, and I will be returning to get my hair fixed, and will continue with hair cuts and other services as well.
