Critical: Quality, ValueMy boyfriend recently went there for a hair cut, told them he wanted it over his eyes and the sides trimmed. Instead the lady doing his hair did whatever she wanted cut his hair to his eyebrows, the sides were definitely more than trimmed. He has been there 3 times before, This is the 2nd time he has went there and they messed up both times. No point in scheduling an appointment online. The stylists aren’t able to see those appointments.causes the stylists to be overworked because they are overbooked. Causes the customers a long wait. Still got a great haircut tho. Haircut
