Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to this same shop, back when it started under a different name (before Cost Cutters). The same young lady usually end up doing my son’s hair, and is always very kind, accommodating, and remembers him. He enjoys having her cut his hair and she does a nice job 🙂 My only complaint was my son has a medical exemption for wearing a mask due to his autism, and we had to come back either before, or after hours, to do his haircut. I was mildly annoyed at this policy (to be honest!), but it was short lived. I was very grateful the girl kindly stayed over after hours to do his haircut, and I don’t hold any company policies against her. I understand they want to keep everyone safe during a pandemic, and she was just doing her job. She was very professional explaining things to me. I would definitely recommend this location, and I was also grateful that while there they had Paul Mitchell products on sale. My regular salon has had issues getting products since the pandemic began last year, so I was happy to see the products I use in stock there. Overall, I will be back again, and I think for the services I need that they do a wonderful job. I have no complaints! I’ve been going to this same shop, back when it started under a different name (before Cost Cutters). The same young lady usually end up doing my son’s hair, and is always very kind, accommodating, and remembers him. He enjoys having her cut his hair and she does a nice job 🙂 My only complaint was my son has a medical exemption for wearing a mask due to his autism, and we had to come back either before, or after hours, to do his haircut. Another 5 stars! I won’t go anywhere else! My son doesn’t want to go to the barbers with dad. He wants to always come to the salon with mom. We had Angela this time and she was great! She gave me tips for the questions I had and gave me exactly what I was looking for! Treated my son like her own and made sure he wasn’t itchy through the whole hair cut lol. We loved it and had another wonderful experience!!!
