I’ve been frequenting this particular store for 2 decades and have always been pleased. My only concern is for the stylists themselves. My educated guess is they are totally underpaid and do not earn a sufficient percentage of the services they produce for the parent company. The stylists are among the working poor and need to be able to support their families better. The girls at Cost Cutters in North Canton are wonderful…. efficient, skilled, and friendly. I’ve been frequenting this particular store for 2 decades and have always been pleased. My only concern is for the stylists themselves. My educated guess is they are totally underpaid and do not earn a sufficient percentage of the services they produce for the parent company. The stylists are among the working poor and need to be able to support their families better. I’ll continue using the skills of these stylists, but if they leave, I do, too.

My first time at a different salon other than my norm. I had a good review from a friend so I took the leap in going to her stylist, Tiffany. Although I wouldn’t call her a stylist. She didn’t even dry or style my hair at all. My hair turned out to be a disaster. It was getting late and towards the end of her shift and she tells me that her kids were waiting. I couldn’t believe it. You can’t go into this profession with knowing highlighting hair takes awhile especially for dark hair. She still wanted $100 for it. I paid her but told her I needed it fixed. Slightly better result next day but I still hated it. She again didn’t dry or style. And I asked her to do that and she was less than contributing. Sighing and acting impatient and had another stylist do it. I was appalled by this. Definitely don’t recommend Tiffany. Or this particular salon in north canton.

It is nice to have a place like this in the area. I can always count on heather to do a great job. Prices are reasonable. Nice relaxed salon without a bunch of hype. I have never had to wait long even as a walk-in. Can pop in and be on my way pretty quick. They are also open later which is a plus.
