I have been going here for years but the last 2 times I’ve been here,I have been disappointed. Even though you have an appointment, other customers are allowed ahead of you. This has happened twice. It doesn’t make sense to even make an appointment. An hour wait should not be acceptable after making one. I don’t understand their policies or processes.
