Ive been coming here for a bit and by coincidence kept getting the same girl, i think her name was Kayla and she was super good! However the last time i went i got an older lady who mightve been the manager (i say that because she sent someone home). First i apologized for my hair being easily tangled because thats what everyone tells me and points out. Her response was, “That’s what happens when you don’t take care of it.”. Second she asked if above my ears was a good spot to start layering and i told her id rather it start lower and showed her where. She told me, “You dont know what you’re talking about.” Or something along those lines. I told her whatever and she started layering it above my ears and it was not at all what i wanted. I have an anxiety disorder so getting my hair cut is terribly difficult for me and now i have to find a whole different place to go to because i felt neglected and rushed.

Andrea has been cutting my son’s hair since his first haircut a little over a year ago. She is absolutely amazing, professional, patient, and just all around lovely. As with most three year olds, my son is a bit of a wiggle worm, but Andrea manages to give him an amazing haircut in such record speed that I am convinced it might be magic. One of the stylist joy and I have been working on my hair to get it from dark brown to a beautiful blonde and it’s turned out amazing! Joy and everyone here are awesome at what they do! Wasn’t a long wait but the two girls that did mine and my daughter’s hair completely screwed my hair especially up. I went in with long hair and left with short hair. We asked for layers which is what we always get, mine are uneven and very noticeable and my layers are choppy, It also looks like I have gaps in the front and in the back, my daughters layers are also choppy. On top of all of that I got charged $33 for an adult haircut and a kids haircut which I find pretty ridiculous. So now I have to go get my hair fixed and have more inches taken off just to get it right! I’m so unpleased and will never return!!
