I went to Karen’s in Ravenna and it took 30 minutes to fix my hair, when the original cut took 15. Then Kelly toke me back for a 2 minutes hair wash then cut my hair for approximately 9 minutes. My hair looks absolutely awful and uneven. Her hands smelled like cigarettes when she was washing my hair and now my hair even smells, having me shower even though I just paid for a wash. She was not friendly at all and you can tell was just trying to rush me to get money and move on to her client who was getting their hair dyed. I went with my three sons ages 4 6 and 10 and myself. Cuts looked great, great fade work.Two women cut the four of us and did an excellent job. They were friendly and were very good with the younger boys so they were comfortable which made my day much easier. As a father sometimes its hard finding a good place for young kids to feel comfortable but this is second time I’ve came here and both times exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend for anyone any age.

I went in the salon never having dyed my hair before and Nicole made me feel so at ease. My hair turned out beautiful. I have since went back for round two and won’t be stopping anytime soon! Nicole and the rest of the staff at Cost Cutters are AMAZING and the prices are very affordable. 10/10 would recommend!
