I’m very picky about where I go to get my hair cut. It all comes down to the person not the place though. I can honestly say that any stylist at Cost Cutters in Stow will give you a perfect Men’s Haircut. It’s always perfect and for this, I absolutely have to give them 5 stars for the people they have at the Stow location. They are also super friendly and kind. The price is great as well.

I had a break from everyday routine and needed a cut. Used the online scheduling to get in at the least minute within an hour. It was awesome. On December 6, 2021 I used Costcutters for haircut, color and highlights!! I was extremely pleased with service. Returned on February 21, 2022 for root touch up, cut and condition. The stylist Jayme could not find my card with the color listed. (In past years I went the location in Kent and my card was always missing) She got samples out and with sun coming in front window it looked like a good match. Once done, it looked very dark (mocha color). Jayme said that the color would fade a bit once washed. My hair color is a lighter blonde with highlights. Paid for service $99.75 plus $10 tip. Had several comments made that the touch up wasn’t a good color. Called on Thursday and talked to Sandi and explained situation. Asked if I could get appointment and she put me on schedule at 5:30 stating that they were booked until that time. After I got off work at 4, I decided to go directly to salon since roads were suppose to get icy later. Sandi was able to take me for earlier appointment since her 4 o’clock appt. Cancelled. She added highlights and am pleased with color. This charge was an additional $31 plus $6 tip. (Sandi applied a $10 discount) The total was $140 combined which is expensive to me.

There was someone else there with longer hair who did my fiancé and she took her time and did his hair very nicely. My hair is uneven; I have strands of longer hair through out. I definitely recommend this location and coming here for years! The front staff is always friendly, and the girls do an amazing job on the eyebrow waxing. I would recommend for the hours to be on the front door again though, that would be helpful. Waxing
