Critical: QualityI usually have a good experience but this time I did not. I felt completely dismissed and like I was a burden. Did not listen to how I wanted by hair parted.i wasn’t even talked to and every time I tried to talk it was like I was annoying to them. I asked for it to be cut as a side part and it was cut in a middle part and I never wear my hair with a middle part. I have very curly hair and I requested my hair to be styled / scrunched. They put almost no gel in my hair and did not take it to my roots. It was very frizzy and not even as good as when I do it myself. I had to throw it in a bun because even that looked better. The cut was even though so that was good, even though when I part it how I like it won’t be. I saw the ad on my computer …. I thought…Hey. That’s where Best Cuts was. (I went to Best Cuts often). So I called, spoke with a “not so confident” person, but cordial. I made an appointment for 9/3/19. I arrived at the appointed time and date and was NOT in the appt book. The person who was at the desk seemingly didn’t know what to do and questioned me for a few minutes – perhaps I’m in the wrong place, etc. She informed me that they always have their appointments in the book, did I call wrong number, etc. Mind you …. there was NO ONE in the place but one customer being cared for this person. Eventually she asked me if I wanted to go ahead … Yes! I wanted hair trimmed up and shaped up but keeping my style. I was not even offered a hair wash. She directed me to a chair, put a cover on me and started “cutting” my hair. WHAT? No wash? It took about 7 minutes for her to trim my hair and charge me $15.00. She did ok with the trim, but it was very awkward. I probably will NOT go back. Not at all a welcoming environment. Best wishes to you!
