I actually live out of state, but my mother lives near the Eastlake Cost Cutters. Ana has been cutting her hair for several years, and now I have her cut mine when in town to visit. She is very patient and sweet with my mother and mom always leaves looking great. I have been very pleased with my cuts, as well. Just an all around great place to get excellent service.
