I went to their online appointment feature…scheduled an appointment for a simple style. I was in a rush and on my way to my Baby Shower. When I got there I was informed that even though you can schedule an appointment for a simple style they don’t actually honor appointments for simple styles and there were 5 people in front of me. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and had no time to spare so yeah…my pics from my baby shower are not to my liking. Oh well…life goes on.
